Deze week had ik een stagiair uit het middelbaar onderwijs. De stage was bedoeld om kennis te maken met het werkende leven, en inzicht te krijgen in organisaties en hun processen.Ik had het geluk dat Toine Hagens zich bij me meldde, want deze jongeman was als een vis in het water op de TU Delft | Aerospace Engineering. We hebben samen gewerkt aan #duurzameluchtvaart vraagstukken, interacties met #startups en #onderzoekers, en uitgewisseld over #samenwerken en #projectleiderschap.Er waren vele inzichten! O.a.👉🏼 middelbare scholieren hebben oog voor duurzaamheid👉🏼 de luchtvaart is nog steeds een boeiende sector voor scholieren👉🏼 de scholier van nu, en de student van morgen, omarmt de vrijheid. Vrijheid voor originaliteit en creativiteit. Toine, dank voor je enthousiasme en energie, je vragen en gedeelde inzichten! Heel veel succes met examen doen volgend jaar en hopelijk tot ziens op Delft University of Technology!
